Being ****** from by Mtn
On October 2014 I made the worst mistake of my life. I decided to renew my contract with Nashua mobile. I signed up for a my Mtn choice 100 with an added 500 MB data bundle. October came and in was debited the correct amount. R 581. Start of November my first issue arose. R 685 debited by MTN. I called customer care and billing and they promised the issue would be rectified as I had been charged more and not received my data. This started a back and forth battle, I have made 27 calls to mtn with an average call time of about 16 minutes in the last 4 months and every month it's the same issue. <br> <br> This month was the absolute end of the line. MTN have now debited me R 881 for this month for data charges that I was never supposed to be charged for. <br> <br> To top it all off they have not returned my calls once in 3 months. I am at my absolute end. I have been ****** from and not one person is open to assisting me. Worst service I have ever ever received. I

Please note our records shows that your package have been corrected and is billed correctly. A credit of R387.01 was passed and allocated to your MTN account on the 02/04/2015 for incorrect billing for invoices dated December 2014 - February 2015 respectively.
A further credit has been passed which will also be allocated to your MTN account for the data charges on exceeding the limit for your March 2015 invoice.
