Being overcharged again !
i placed a limit on my account when I first opened this contract and once again I'm being overcharged - I went in to an MTN store and had them check the limit and reinstate it and I'm still getting overcharged. Please can someone ensure that my limit is reinstated and that I am refunded the overcharge - according to my records it is four months at R 200 per month = R800 I am definitely switching service providers as soon as this contract ends but until then I hope some professionalism will be shown.
