Being ignored by MTN Insurance Department (Req: ***)
<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not been able to get through to the MTN Insurance Dept for the past 2 months. My claim was submitted in 27 August 2016 and collected on 23 September 2016. I have not heard from the MTN Insurance department since then.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent a follow up email around 25 October 2016 and I still have not received any feedback on my claim.</p> <p> </p>
