Being forced to remain in a contract which i objec

My contracts with MTN came to an end in July 2015 and August 2015 respectively. As i indicated before, on expiring of the contracts they decided to charge me R97 for my 2 cellphone contracts and R28050 for the modem and these 2 cellphone lines. These where forced charges I paid these 2 figures and i instructed these people to cancel all these contracts of theirs and change them to Prepaid lines but to my surprise today 14/10/2015 i received the data bundles and airtime for the 2 cellphone lines. Please help me for these people to get off my back. I am no-longer interested with this. Why are they holding me at RANSOM. I am not using their airtime and data bundles now can they reverse this now. Furthermore close their contract if they don't want to make these sim cards Prepaid let them cancel them. I no longer have money to pay them. I don't want my name to be soiled unnecessarily.

Here are their reference numbers: ***9 and latest for a reminder i gave them its ***.

Hello bvumachari,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

As per our conversation, the three numbers on your contract have been cancelled and migrated to prepaid. The last two invoices will be reversed due to late cancellation.

We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

Regards
Veronica
