being cheated
I am being constantly charge for data or whatever reason even though i have put additional data on my phone,i see i am being charge for it and my data is being taken,i have wifi at home so then no mobile data is supposed to be used,i have emailed and tried to phone to cancel my contract with no response and in he meantime i am only being billed billed billed,and im being told they are striking but still be able to charge money,like most of the governent in this country,i want my contract canceled or i will take my sim out stop my bank account and go somewhere else,i want reply asap,i also cant get hold of anyone to send me a april 2015 statement which is when they started charging me so high
