Being charged pro data for my insurance and no explanation why

I have my Samsung S20 plus insured with mtn insurance. This month for some reason I have been charged 3 times for pro data for my insurance and my phone is been insured with MTN insurance from March 2020. I have called MTN insurance and sent my invoice asking for an explanation but still no feedback as yet each time I call .
