Being charged more than agreed

I have previously shared my bad experience with MTN and till today nothing has been done about it, to say I am disappointed is an understatement I am still being charged more than what I had agreed to. Do not under any circumstances take a contract with MTN, if I could rate 0 stars then I would 1 star is even too much.
