Being charged for phone in warranty
2 weeks ago I took my phone in to get a software update done as the phone was not booting into the OS. I was told that should there be any physical damages to the phone I would get charged courier charges and that was fine. The phone was booked in and after 2 weeks later i get the quotation sms. When querying the repair amount quoted which is R1635 , i get told that due to physical damages to the phones board and that the screen has damages which i can assure are not present, I will be charged the full repair amount for repairs i did not ask for, and to my knowledge there's been nothing wrong with my phone screen. All the phone needs is a software update and the repair slip i filled out clearly stated the phone is in for a software update!. To top it off you refuse to do the update and still expect me to pay the R330 for quotation. I cant pay for something that is not fixed. I took my phone in for a software update and nothing else! Job card:MSCGU*** IMEI:***.

Please may someone explain as to why customer requests are being ignored as I have a tech forum to attend soon and i wont be able to demo my applications without my windows phone device. I now must lend.
