Being charged for cancelled contract
I had a contract with Nashua Mobile and informed them in August 2014 that I will not be renewing the contract when it expires end November 2014 (but I want to keep the number to use on Pay as You go/prepaid). When we were forced to become MTN customers I emailed MTN to tell them that the contract has been cancelled effective 1st December 2014. However, I am still being charged for this service. I have probably emailed MTN fifty times regarding this matter, but I am being ignored. They have asked for certain documents to be emailed to them (which are just excuses because these documents have NOTHING to do with the matter at hand) but I have nevertheless send them these again and again.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response. It is not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
Kindly can we request that you provide us with the company letterhead and ID book copy of the authorized signatory requesting the cancellation. We will also require the e-mail that you've sent to Nashua Mobile requesting the cancellation before the migration over to MTN was done.
This will allow our Corporate Department to credit the additional invoices that were generated and cancel the contract accordingly. Please send the documents and e-mails to *** and we will process it accordingly.
