I would like to report some *****

I took a contract with MTN on 23 March 2024 with the consultant by the name of Spenathi at MTN Greenackers in Port Elizabeth

I took an Iphone 15 Pro Max with the number ***. And I was told its two combo deal where I will get and additional phone wich was an Iphone XR. For that contract an amount of R1867.03 was deducted from my FNB account without fail

I then later that same month did a second contract for data only. I ported my vodacom number to MTN which is ***. I was/am still paying R439 a month for 200 Gig of Data

On 17 December 2024 I contacted MTN I requested my settlement amount for the contract of Iphone 15 Pro Max ***. I was given a settlement amount by an MTN consultant and I settled the contract in full and requested it to be cancelled. Indeed the debit order stopped which then was my conformation that the contract was terminated.

The time goes by and the only debit order from MTN was the one for 073 682 2907 for Data.

Upon seeing MTN adverts I swa that there is an 068 number appearing on my MTN App and I didnt pay much attention to it up until my Datashare was not working. I called MTN and enquire about that and I was told about my contract that I am still paying. I explained to the guy that I know nothing about that and indeed my Datasharexwas fixed. I moved on with my life

Up until recently when my line of *** is keep on being suspended and when I called and asked why, I was told about the contract that I am still owing for an *** number for an Iphone XR. I was told that Iphone XR was having a separate contract altogether and I got a shock of my life. I was told that I am on arrears for the supposedly contract that I have

What I want to know from MTN is the following:

Why are suspending the line of the contract that is fully paid ? *** Where was this contract of *** was deducting? If I am on arrears of ***, why are not suspending that line When I was settling my contract for combo deal why was this IphoneXR not included on that settlement amount If then it was not included who's fault is that?

I am appealing to you ***** department because I have been doing back and forth with MTN and I am not getting any assistance with this

I need assistance and I need to be contacted with the resolution
