Being a long standing customer does not matter.
I have been an MTN customer for over 10 years and always found them to be the best network in terms off connectivity.. Unfortunately I have had the worst experience recently when I tried to purchase MoMo to the value of R345 to buy the 200G data bundle offer as I do every month. I had an Xtra time amount owning of R79 which was going to be paid next as I also always do at month end. MTN had decided to use the R345 to pay the Xtra time amount and put the rest of the funds in Airtime which I can't convert back to MoMo to buy the bundle.. The normal MTN bundles are too expensive and not worth buying. MTN stated they made customers aware that that will be using funds put in to pay any Xtra time owned but, I did not get any communication on that. Called in but could not get assistance..Just be careful out there especially with networks not be forthcoming.
Now being told the rest of the funds is in split billing and I can not transfer it as normal funds, can only buy airtime which again, is too expensive.
