MTN is worth 0 stars, minus stars even. I cancelled my internet contract in May, they are still charging me in August. There is no customer service - they'll take your money online then the only way to cancel is jumping hoops in store - I took everything back, the the total fool named Mathapelo at the store failed to capture the information in store - and now i'm still being charged.

LITERALLY GO TO ANY OTHER PROVIDER!!! Afrihost are great! Great whatsapp service with humans.

If you value peace, connectivity, transparency and customer service - do not sign up with anything to do with MTN. They are literal *******.
