********* Behaviour by Siyabonga

Unfortunately my no got hijacked. The person/s that did it did a sim swop on my no. As soon as I realised, I went to the MTN store in Hyde Park in an attempt to suspend/block my no. I was assisted by Siyabonga who insisted that this is common and the only way I can retain my no is to take out a contract. I refused, he said even the cheapest contract of R129 per month will help to get more no back. I refused and walked across to Vodacom to buy a new sim card. Whilst there I was explained to them what happened at MYN. The Vodacom agents advised me to call MTN on 135. Within 20 minutes I was assisted by an agent, my no suspended and a sim swop done. Why was Siyabonga trying to **** me into taking out a contract for the exact same result. I have my no back with no contract. Totally ********* behaviour by Siyabonga.
