Begging for services that I paid for

If I could give a minus one rating I would. I have gone out of my way to make sure that I proved that I paid for February and March. It's now mid June and here I am begging for my services because I made the stupid mistake of paying via the app that you guys are so quick to encourage. I need my services returned immediately. Everyone I speak to promises that this will be sorted yet here I am running to to hello Peter in the hope that someone will do something for real this time
