Before the upgrade, already a big fight, no apology!!!

Charmaine and Gift McKenzie at MTN Mbombela branch messing me around. Yesterday Charmaine assisted with options for an upgrade. I reiterated that my contract data and voice refresh was on the 17th. I do not want to lose that and pay for it and have it affect my connection. I asked her to only have it activated as of the 15-17th of December. She confirmed that I don't have to worry, it will be sorted out. I have the whole chat on whatsapp backed up. This morning I could not connect for 2 hours and also restarted my phone. I eventually phoned to speak to Charmaine and she said it is upgrading now. I fought with her asking why because I told her not to do it yet. She did so without us signing papers and went against what I asked! She then hung up because I was shouting. I phoned back and Gift McKenzie (a woman apparently a Manager) tried to assist. Their lines are bad and they said it is because they don't have power. MTN DOESN'T HAVE POWER???? She spoke fast and everything cut out I asked her to speak slowly and clearly. She then repeated that I must calm down. I told her to stop gaslighting me. I am paying for this and they go against my authority breaking contract agreement and then expect me to calm down?! This has been going on for YEARS with MTN. MTN does whatever the hell they want then when you get upset, WE the PAYING CUSTOMER must calm down??? Then she checks the system and it gets updated. I report this to my father because the contract is on his name, he did not sign anything. I told them on WhatsApp that they are gaslighting me. My father called and spoke to them and Charmaine explained to him the process for payment and pro-rata allocation and that they will send me a WhatsApp explaining it to me. She then sent me a voicenote saying that Charmaine should have explained this to me, but NO APOLOGY. Just, this is the way it is and that's that. They do not contact me to sort this out and speak to me and explain and acknowledge their mistake and stop the provoking and ************. MTN is disgusting, dit maak my naer!
