Before opening case for MTN consultant I would like to hear from you

How is that possible when you receive call from Rewardsco and they telling you that you have won LTE Home wifi , not knowing when you activate the simcard you will be paying for it. MTN I would like to ask, is it possible? Are we wining Wifi? Or is part of making people to trapped ? With your contract?
