Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a delivery
Almost 3 weeks ago I requested an upgrade and MTN were to send a courier to deliver. I was told that after waiting so long, they would deliver yesterday. I waited all day with no communication as to why. I have called countless times and emailed with no avail. The calls keep being cut and emails are not answered with any proper correspondence. I am fed up!!!
