Been struggling for three months with content charges

I, by accident, subscribed to content in April 2016. On 18.04.2016 this content was cancelled and I received an sms stating that I am no longer subscribed. My invoice for April reflected content charges, which made sense.

However, my May and June invoices also reflect content charges.

I phoned the call centre after receiving my May invoice and was told to check my subscription status with a code and then I could also cancel the subscrition. According to this code, I had no active subscriptions. Yet, I was being charged. I phoned the call centre three more times. Every time I was told that the agent could cancel my subscription, no problem.

So imagine my surprise when I was yet again billed for content on my June invoice. According to the call centre, I was now subsrcibed to MTNloaded. From when I have received my June invoice, I have phoned the call centre six times, trying to resolve this. An agent at Paarl Mall has also tried to assist me, with no success.

I have been told that

- the subscription can't be cancelled by the store, it has to go through the call centre

- I can check and cancel the subscription myself. Yet when I try to do this, it shows that I have no active subscriptions

- That the various call centre agents will cancel my subscription. When I receive the sms saying that a cancellation has been made, the sms also states that there is no subscription to cancel

- That I am subscriped to Poems and or MTNloaded and or Hauwei antivirus

- I was told to phone ********** . When someone eventually answers this number, they either put the phone down in my ear or I am yet again transferred to the call centre.

I am disgusted by MTN. You can charge me for content, but you are unable to tell me which content I am being charged for or how to cancel it
