Been paying for a tablet we haven't received yet for 3 months now!

My wife got contacted on 03/08/2017 by a MTN Call Centre regarding an upgrade. She asked for a tablet with no SIM, but on 10/08 received a SIM with no Tablet. Ever since we've been contacting the Call Centre, emailing ********** and ********** but to no avail.

This will now be her 3rd month of paying for an item she still has not received! No action or communication from MTN! Pathetic - won't renew any of our contracts with them again.
