I wanted to upgrade and phoned MTN Vaalmall in Vanderbijlpark. Beauty answered the phone and at first we spoke English with one another. I didn't had time to go to the shop and all I wanted to know was if they have the phone in stock that I was looking for. Eventually Beauty started to speak Afrikaans to me. She kept me on the line and initiated the upgrade so that I only need to go to the shop, sign and pick up the phone. This is true customer service and Beauty added a personal touch to the process. Please may I ask that Beauty gets rewarded for her excellent customer service.
