Beautiful new centre but useless service
MTN now have a super revamped customer service centre in Morningside on summit Rd It looks lively and very happy with yellow all over. All this is completely spoilt very poor service- I count 5 counters with no staff - leaving just three being used- waiting for simple is thus very long.
Time for MTN to prioitise customer care not impressive look and feel!

19 May 2025, 16:46Having waited 40min to do a sim swop no I am told it cannot be done because they cannot unblock the phone/card which was blocked due to theft...now will need to return. Is mtn interested in customer service
