Beating around the Bush

I have been complaining to MTN customer care regarding my issue that i get an sms monthly saying i get 50 gigs however i only get 20 gigs or less a month. All they do is beat around the bush asking me stupid questions more than once and prolonging the query over a month than sorting it out and answering why im being ****** off my data. i have answered everything but no one can look up why im not getting my data. i will use another network provider when my contract ends as the customer service and support to assist on my query is terrible yet url quick to still take my monthly Debits. And without tending to my query they just close my query as if it was resolved or looked at!
