MTN STORE AT DAINFER SQUARE IN FOURWAY, I visited this Branch yesterday afternoon , I had a query with the contract that they say I have with them. I was assisted by the Branch manager by the name of Dineo. I explained to her that someone app**** for 2 contracts one for a phone and one for a laptop in my name but they used my id and bank details in *****. I did not apply for these contracts, Dineo very rudely told me she is unable to assist me as her system was at the time offline - but when I entered the shop she was busy helping a customer to open an account. She was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I told her the position this ***** account / contract application was putting me in but this did not seem to worry her. She also told me that this is not the first time this has happened, because they are very desperate for business she even said she will open an contract even if you just phone her and give her your ID number. Needless to say I was not assisted at all.
