BE WARNED- DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH

BE WARNED!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT IRENE VILLAGE MALL WITH DEGRECIOUS. What an unpleasant experience. My manager had to do an upgrade (the forth one since he started his business) and he visited the store himself (on Saturday) and we immediately send all the requested documents. After hours of waiting and hanging around the mall, Degrecious still did not answer or work on the contract. Finally she declared that the Registration number of the business was wrong on the system- which is impossible- as we have had a contract with MTN three times already on this business. We immediately send the request a change in registration number. No answer from Degrecious on Sunday or even Monday... then we request that she terminate the upgrade on Helios- not even that she did. When we phoned and asked if she can please attend to this matter coming from Saturday and it is Tuesday at 16:00 now- she just said- we are busy. Well- please people that is in store now- RUN!!!! The service is terrible. In a country and time that people are complaining about business- you better get your service better. We have really been patient with her- but this is enough!
