Be warned about MTN castle gate

Be warned about MTN castle gate. They are disrespectfull and arrogant. I sent my brand new Iphone 13 for warranty assesment 21 days ago. After the 3rd followup call i made i was told that they dont know where my phone is. When i confronted Betty about this she called me a bully. MTN should be ashamed that this store is part of their oulets as it is utterly frustrating dealing with them. They aslo lie to you just to stop you from complaining. Best part is that the contract is only 2 months old. I regret ever walking into that store as it was a *** experience from day one.
