Be very carefull of MTN and Loyalty point you earn!

I am a contract subscriber for many years, and I usually have enough free minutes available. However, last month I had allot of call to make. I checked my balance and realized my free minutes is almost finished. I then saw I had allot of loyalty points, so I used that to buy airtime. I recieved my bill today and saw that I had call charges. I phoned MTN, they informed me that airtime bought with loyalty points can only be used for MTN to MTN calls. Nowhere did they inform you of that or warn you when you do the transaction. Just another sly way of doing business, making the customer think they have bought airtime and can now use it to phone, but back at the ranch they rake up your bill if you don't phone MTN only? Shame on you MTN, shame on you! A person should be able to spent their loyalty points as they wish or need as you have earned it. Not everyone I know or companies that I deal with is MTN customers. Looks like loyalty means nothing, just a way to enrich themselves further. Don't fall for this trick as I did.
