Be very careful when upgrading your Mtn contract

Highly disappointed with Mtn rewards. They called me on the 11 June to upgrade my contract and was offered 540 mins with 5 gigs of data for 799 with a new phone over 36 months. To my surprise I only received 240 mins and 2 gigs when credited. I enquired with MTN rewards and was told that they had listened to the recording and it was in my favour. I was highly disappointed with the options given to me to resolve this issue which was either pay more for extra mins and data or cancel the contract.

Mtn is this how you guys operate when upgrading. Offering clients 1 thing and providing them with something much less.
