Be Very Careful when Authorizing Debit Orders with MTN

I have 3 agreements with MTN.I authorized a debit order for one agreement for R99 per month.The other two accounts are paid by EFT by my wife. MTN has *******ly debited my account for all three agreements amounting to R1818.92 on the 08/10/2022 which I have not budgeted for.I have only authorized one debit order for R99. This is a caution to fellow debit order clients of MTN.Please do not give your bank details to MTN .Please pay via EFT.I am struggling to sort this out as the call conveniently gets cut off when requesting a cancellation.
