Be extremel careful with MTN

MTN used to be a reliable trustworthy business. I have been with them on contract (2) since 1976 but now the have turned into a bunch of ******** with appalling service!!! They simply added 2 contacts to my name and charged me R248 per month for 18 months before I realised it. Now it is totally impossible for me or the local branch to get any response from them. I also note they shy away from answering reviews here!!!
