Be careful when paying on debit order to MTN

MTN took an incorrect debit from my account due to a finger fault for R10 000 instead of R2 000 and will not return my money. Their lockdown processes are very poor and no one is able to assist you at all. they cannot even mail me my statements after calling them and complaining several times. the ombudsman will hear from me.
