Be careful when entering a contract with MTN. There is no way out even when they cannot deliver!

5 months after first requesting contract termination I am nowhere. MTN cannot provide service during (now frequent) power outages. I have had to take another contract with an alternative provider in order to ensure continuous service. I am expected to continue to pay MTN in spite of this. Numerous visits to store, emails and phone calls with no solution.
