be careful of taking contacts with MTN #reap-off

I have been insured for the past two years with MTN and have never been informed that my insurance is linked to the contract or when I cancel my contact,they will cancel my insurance policy.<br> <br> I paid my premium end October 2015, and I got a notification that my contract was cancelled but nothing about insurance.<br> <br> Now MTN is not responding to my emails or showing me proof that I was advised my insurance is cancelled.<br> <br> people be careful of taking contacts with MTN because they will refuse to pay your claims.
