BE CAREFUL OF MTN. THEY ARE ******

My husband's number got RICAd (Registered) by someone else while his phone was on his hands. Today, we went MTN V&A Waterfront to block that number and do a SIM swap only. Sylvia assisted us around 14H00. Only to get home and told that MTN cant get my husband his number back. Reason being that the person who RICAd the SIM yesterday rejects the SIM SWAP today. If that person could RICA my husband's number in his absence while the phone was on without his ID, why can't he get the number back when he visits the STORE today. This smells an inside job, de*****ing and ****** are working at MTN. It rings when dial the number. MTN executives needs to take responsibility for this. How did it happen to begin with? Where did the RICA take place? And where did the get ID from.
