Be careful about signing *****ulent contracts, I’m paying for something that is not working and getting no help, debit orders keep going off and no sense of interest to assist me as a “VALUED” customer… don’t be fooled, you are not “VALUED” and they will
Be careful about accepting anything offered to you by MTN especially when you are not the one who initiated the deal. I got a call from MTN offering me a home router which I took because I needed it for my family back at home. 2 deductions have already gone out, 3rd one coming and is the router working, NO. My frustration is unmatched. I am from a town where we don’t have coverage for some ISPs and knowing that I made sure to ask this before signing the contract and I was assured that there is coverage hence I went ahead with the deal. Now here’s what has been happening through my many calls and emails and going in store: * I’ve been told there is a location baring, what the heck * they can’t change the location because my primary number is apparently Vodacom, I have a dual setup, no solution * in store I got the information that the contract has been captured wrong because the it’s not supposed to be a fixed contract but month to month * now I’m faced with the inconvenience of having to go to the store to return it and they only have selected stores, while they delivered it * if you call to get a solution you will get different information each time and yet everyone is working in the same company * some consultants now say there is no coverage and others say there is, who to listen to
This just feels like ***** to make sales, they are quick to make sales and get clients but very terrible when it comes to resolving issues… this is my worst experience yet with MTN
