Be careful about accepting any offers from MTN Rewards
I am having issues with cancelling my contract because they told me that I don't have coverage in my area and now after returning the router they refuse to give me a letter to cancel because all of a sudden they are claiming that there is coverage. Anyone who knows what other channels I can use to report this,,, please help. They are deducting money each month

This is *****ulent, instead of them offering a service, they are duping me off of my money. They even went ahead to record the contract as a fixed contract when it was supposed to be a month-to-month. They clearly new what they were doing

24 Jan 2025, 17:26MTN needs to stop treating their clients like ********s. If they have been so comfortable taking my money without their service, why must I struggle to cancel the contract. Too many bad reviews and yet they continue to not serve their customers. I regret taking this contract
