Be aware of MTN service

i signed up for a month to month contract at sunning hill outlet and requested to give me the copy of the contract which i signed. its been more than 6 months so far nothing received.

went to same outlet to change the plan however to my surprise i was told you are on 24 month contract so cant change the plan.

spoke to the same guy who did my contract and he didnot give me any answer and asked me to speak to someone else at the store.

the lady who works there asked me to dial 135 and when called 135 the executive told me to dial another no and the girl at the another no asked me dial at 135.

long story short even if you didn't sign up for contract MTN will sign you up for a contract and if you want to cancel you will pay money that goes without saying.
