BE AWARE of MTN; has Poor service delivery and does not keep commitment to customers

App**** for an online special on the 20th November 2020 and application still not approved, nor did I receive a call back as promised. Mtn online number keeps diverting to another department. have wasted my time and airtime calling on several occasions. I could have taken this similar deal with a competitor.
