BE AWARE MTN IS A MISLEADING COMPANY WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Consumers please be aware of MTN with their poor service delivery, and poor after sales and sales departments. I recently took out a contract with them, that is supposed to be prepaid contract, but low and behold!!!!! every month the bill differs...whenever I ask or log a complaint with them they only respond after two weeks if ever. MTN is busy with ****************, I didn't pay that amount, BECAUSE I want to know where and why the amounts differs from month to month??? Why was only 25minutes talk time loaded, but more charged MTN?? ITS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY....
