BE AWARE!!

Yellow Data called me about a month ago (6 December 2017) to sell me a Data deal. R89 for 2.5 gig data. Naturally this sounded too good to be true, so I asked the sales lady about 3 times if there where any limitations to this data and she assured me there were not, and told me "it is like normal data sir". This was a lie, because as soon as the deal went through, I got a welcome email to Hotspotter. So I phoned them and found out that infact only 500 mb are "normal" data. The remaining 2 gig is only when I can connect to one of Hotspotter's hotspots. This is a limitation, as I cannot use the 2gig data at home or anywhere where there is not a hotspot.

I phoned them back the same day, 6 December, to cancel the order as I am not interested in this deal they sold to me under false pretenses. Today, 30 December, the R89 was debited out of my account. I phoned again today, and as it turns out, the order was never cancelled as instructed, and they also havent sent me the transcripts or recordings of the phone calls, as I asked for.

This is a company selling false products and the sales personnel are also *********. I want everybody to be aware of this and to be careful.
