I am Moshobane Ngwako gift I purchased a cellphone on contract with mtn, I also insured it with them however I lost the phone when there was break in on my apartment, I submitted all necessary documents from police station trying to claim they refused to assist requesting a box which carried the box even when I all IEM numbers and also having blocked the phone and having the reference numbers. MTN ****med me I can’t believe I had to go through this after buying 2 cell phones on contract with them.
