Baught Data Bundle that was used 2 days before the purchase date.
I Bought a 1 Gig data at Pep Cell in Bosman Pretoria, tried to load Data but it didn’t go through. I tried it a couple of times till service provider blocked my phone from recharging for a period of 214 hours. Has to wait for 24 hours to recharge again but still the data was not going through my phone. The error was “ THE PIN ENTERED IS INCORRECT”
On SUNDAY 24/06/2018 I tried again and same response, I then decided to call MTN customer care , spoke to a Lady who advised me to that the voucher was already used on the 19th, that was surprising as I bought the voucher on the 22nd . this has never happened to me before, and she further advised me to go to Pep stores to get assistance.
My fiancé and I Drove to Pep in Rand park Ridge for assistance, spoke to the Manager Cynthia, she said They don’t load Data on the system MTN has to help me. Then again I called MTN customer care, spoke to Kgaogelo she said PEP Stored should fix my problem. I gave the manager the phone and they had a lengthy conversation. Both disputing who should help me. This Kgaogelo Lady was very rude and shouting at the Manager from PEP.
Below is what she said :
*The voucher was bought in Pretoria, go and query in Pretoria ( that time we were in Joburg) *Pep stores is responsible for that voucher not MTN * There is nothing we can do to help you * Never buy from PEP OR Pick and pay, only buy from MTN stores and we “MTN “ will be able to assist with such queries
We asked for her surname and she refused said she’s “ not allowed to give surname” as the conversation was not going anywhere we requested to speak to someone superior that her. Then spoke to Team leader Constance Matiwane, she said Pep need to give us a new voucher and query the one with fault from HEADOFFICE and then Gave surname for Kgaogelo Mamabolo . The manager from PEP Said she can’t give a new voucher but will query with head office and contact me. I am so disappointed with the service I received from MTN
What is the solution as I want my DATA Or refund, what are the next steps to follow to get this resolved A.S.A.P as I cannot drive around for R150 Data being sent from pillar to post. Urgent feedback will be appreciated.
