BATTLING TO DO UPGRADES

Two of my phones is due for an upgrade one is due a long time already. I phoned MTN stores to find out if they've got stock for the upgrades that I want to perform each one of them never got the stock either they will call me back and just purely never ever phone me back or else they are so *********** that they just hang up the phone.

I try to do these upgrades online what a bigger waste of my valuable time get a reference number and a email that it is getting approved and a agent will call me back just never happen

What is going on do you guys still want to even do UPGRADES.
