Base service

I got an online contract over a week ago and I asked them to let me know when they are coming to deliver. Last week they canceled the order order because they called me 10 minutes away from my house after I made a special request for them to call me 30 minutes before. Today I waited for them after postponing my meetings for later and they got here late and their machine wasn't working. They didn't give me the package but they took my money. I've never seen such **** service.
