Bas very bad very bad service
<p>my phone was taken in on the 24/04/16 to mtn store where a insurnce claim was logged i was told the phone would be collected its now 16/05/16 after trying to call them for 3weeks i have sent emails and even got customer service to email them but still my phone is not collected and have not been able to get hold of anybody to tell me what is going on . No comunication from thier part im very dissapointed and i think i will be canceling my insurence as soon as my phone is fixed realy no service at all</p>

My cell nr is *** the phone was eventualy collected today i hope it will be sorted out asap because it is month now just to come collect . And on the contract it states a loan phone will be supllyed for time till phone is fixed but no such thing was offerd . I am very unhappy with this insurence at this monent i have two phone on insurence with you guys every month. The collection company says only on the 18 was call loged for them to collect the phone
