barred free services

soo according to them i went above my limit but when i call to say can i get the current balance so i can try make a minimum payment, they could not access it, all they kept saying is my line is barred, but no one can answer the question as to y free services are also bare . i could not even call 808 could not do please calls could not even dial *141<br> what is the point of having a contract if the services that others get for free i am suppose to pay, i have been a loyal customer fir years and i must say i find their service getting worse n worse, as is cell c has a lot of free things which i can get if i swap to them soo y the hell is mtn acting like they are the only services provider, i can tolerate bad service to an extend. right now i am thinking twice about keeping this contract.
