Worst ISP and professional ****mers deducted R4999 from my account as a clawback fee for a month to month package that had a free to use router that they didn’t collect on cancellation of the service so i had to travel to an MTN store to return the device for which i was given a reference number , they said it will take 2-48 hours to complete the return and for it to reflect on the system, its been almost 3 weeks and there seems to be no end of the “2-48 hours” and “i will escalate it” , bunch of rogues trying to ***** peoples hard earned money
