Baitsi is the best!
I made an order online with MTN which I immediately regretted as I saw a much better deal at the MTN branch in blue route but they told me I'll need to cancel my order online first if I want to take out a new contract. Which makes sense, they gave me a contact number i should phone so that I can cancel it, I was really frustrated because I had to call 3 different numbers and I was put through to different departments 5 times! No one was able to assist me,it was horrible and I had to repeat myself mutliple times! Finally after I called one last time a lady with the name Baitsi assisted me on the first go. Thanks for hearing me out and being able to assist me immediately. You are the best!
