Bait and Switch ********s

Bought a 30-day Anytime Minutes bundle for their 25th birthday promotion and wasn't able to call anyone using the minutes. I eventually talked to a customer service representative and she told me that the minutes were specifically MTN only and for between midnight and 6 AM. YET they were advertised as Anytime minutes and even now when I check my balances, they tell me I have 717 ANYTIME Minutes.

Really dissapointed with the false representation of the product I purchased. Of course there's no chance of a refund as stated by them. Who would have thought that a prominent network provider would run such a shameless bait and switch **** like this.
