Bad/worse service from MTN cancellations

Received such bad service from MTN, my number was due for an upgrade since September 2021, tried to upgrade, they said the deals were not available until December 2021 when I asked them to rather terminate the number, until today 21 January 2022, the termination is still pending, I'm now being changed double the amount for the same amount of data, I get excuses when I contact them, please help
