bad/no service from mtn

lately I've been receiving really bad service/ no service from mtn last year tried multiple times to upgrade a cellphone contact probably 3-5 times online, 2 times phoning and 1 time going to a store. each time we get the same **** where you go tru the whole process then getting told that the phone will be delivered in 5 to 14 days depending on stock levels... the you never here from them again. but you get annoying calls from them wanting to give you phones contacts. after months of this **** we decided that we not going to get help so we canceled the contact. guess what no service you get this sms “Y'ello! Your contract is set to be cancelled on 12/11/2022. An MTN consultant will be in touch to confirm this with you, or you can call customer care on 135. Have a great day!” 3 months later and still no service and still have to pay a contact i canceled.
